These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, customer enquiry services, supplier listings and enquiry-access services.

1. About LeadCart
LeadCart is a business discovery and inquiry platform connecting customers with suppliers of products and services.
Customers can browse listings and submit requirements. Suppliers can apply for a business listing and, when authorized, access customer inquiries.
Unless expressly stated for a particular service, LeadCart does not sell the products listed, fulfill supplier orders or act as a party to transactions between customers and suppliers.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
Account registration and supplier services are intended for users aged 18 or older.
You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized account activity.
Do not impersonate another person or business.
3. Customer Inquiries
Customers must submit genuine requirements and accurate contact information.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee a quotation, supplier response, product availability, price or successful transaction.
The inquiry form includes a separate choice about sharing your requirement and contact information with suppliers. Sharing is governed by that choice and our Privacy Policy.
4. Supplier Listings
Supplier applications are subject to review before publication. We may request corrections or supporting information, reject an application, or remove a listing for inaccurate information or misuse.
Suppliers are responsible for:
- The accuracy of their business details, descriptions and photographs.
- Holding the permissions and licences applicable to their activities.
- The quality, safety and legality of their products and services.
- Their quotations, delivery commitments, warranties and customer support.
- Honoring terms they agree directly with customers.
Listing approval does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement by LeadCart. Any verification label relates only to the checks expressly described for that listing.
5. Photographs and Submitted Content
Upload only content you own or are authorized to use. Do not upload confidential documents, unlawful material, misleading images or another person’s personal information without permission.
You retain your rights in submitted content. You grant LeadCart permission to host, resize and display it as necessary to operate your listing or inquiry service.
Supplier photographs may be accessible through website media URLs. Uploads are not a confidential storage service.
6. Inquiry Access
LeadCart controls the availability of inquiry previews and supplier access.
Free previews may show a limited number of recent inquiries with masked mobile numbers. Approved suppliers with active access may view fuller details of inquiries that customers have agreed to share.
Access may be limited by duration, account, service availability or the plan purchased. It does not guarantee exclusive inquiries, customer purchases, conversions or income.
Suppliers may use inquiry information only to respond to the customer’s relevant requirement. They must not resell, publish or distribute contact information, use it for unrelated marketing, or send unwanted repeated communications.
7. Fees, Payments and Refunds
Before accepting payment, LeadCart will disclose the applicable price, access duration, included features, taxes where applicable, and cancellation or refund conditions.
Current paid-access terms:
Do not assume payment grants access until LeadCart confirms activation.
Changes to free previews do not, by themselves, change an existing paid entitlement. Any suspension or change to paid access will be handled according to the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Customer–Supplier Transactions
Customers and suppliers agree directly on prices, payment methods, specifications, delivery, cancellation, returns and warranties.
Customers should confirm business credentials and transaction terms before paying a supplier. Disputes about supplier products or services should first be raised with that supplier.
You may report misleading listings or platform misuse to LeadCart for review.
9. Prohibited Conduct
You must not:
- Submit fake listings, enquiries or reviews.
- Scrape or collect enquiry contact information in bulk.
- Share or resell account access.
- Harass customers, suppliers or website staff.
- Upload malware or attempt unauthorised access.
- Offer unlawful products or services.
- Circumvent access restrictions or misuse another person’s information.
10. Suspension and Removal
We may restrict accounts, remove content or suspend inquiry access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security concerns, inaccurate information or breaches of these Terms.
Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide a contact route for review. Urgent security or legal concerns may require immediate action.
For paid services, any refund or remaining entitlement will be handled under the purchase terms and applicable law.
11. Availability and Responsibility
We aim to keep LeadCart available, but maintenance, technical problems and third-party service failures may interrupt access.
Supplier information can change, and location detection may be approximate. Confirm important details directly before relying on them.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, LeadCart is not responsible for independent supplier conduct or losses arising from customer–supplier transactions. This does not exclude responsibility or remedies
