LeadCart, available at https://leadcart.in/, helps customers discover local businesses and submit requirements to suppliers.
This policy explains how we collect, use, and share personal information.

1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use LeadCart, we collect:
- Account information: Your name, email address, and account credentials. Passwords are stored using WordPress password hashing.
- Customer inquiries: Your name, email, mobile number, city and requirement details.
- Supplier information: Business name, phone number, location, category, description and uploaded photographs.
- Consent records: Your agreement to applicable terms and your choice about sharing an inquiry with suppliers.
- Technical information: Information used by our website and hosting services for operation and security, such as IP addresses, browser details and server logs.
Please do not include identity documents, financial credentials, medical records or other sensitive information in inquiry descriptions or photographs.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and manage accounts.
- Review supplier applications and publish business listings.
- Receive customer inquiries.
- Connect customers with suppliers when sharing permission is given.
- Provide account support and password-reset messages.
- Prevent spam, fraud and misuse.
- Respond to privacy requests and meet applicable legal obligations.
3. Inquiry Sharing and Paid Supplier Access
The inquiry form includes a separate, optional sharing-consent checkbox.
If you select it:
- A limited preview of your inquiry may appear on the Latest Inquiries page. Previews display your first name, city, and requirement, with your mobile number masked.
- Approved suppliers with active inquiry access may see your name, full mobile number, city, and requirement so they can contact you.
- Supplier access may be provided through a paid membership or access arrangement.
LeadCart may earn revenue by charging suppliers for access to inquiries that customers have agreed to share.
If you leave the sharing checkbox unchecked, your inquiry is not included in the shared inquiry board. It remains available to authorized website administrators for handling your request.
Do not place contact details or private information inside your requirement text. Masking does not make an inquiry anonymous.
You can request withdrawal of sharing permission by contacting our privacy email. Withdrawal stops future sharing through LeadCart after your request is processed. It cannot undo disclosures already made; information already received by suppliers may require separate removal requests.
4. Supplier Listings and Photographs
Published supplier profiles display the business information and photographs submitted for the listing.
Uploaded photographs use standard website media URLs. They are not confidential storage and may be accessible by direct URL even before a listing is approved.
Upload only images you are authorized to share, and avoid photographs containing private documents or another person’s personal information without permission.
5. Location Information
You can enter your city manually without using location detection.
If you choose Use my current location, your browser requests permission to obtain your location. Coordinates are sent to the configured address-lookup provider to identify your area.
The free lookup uses OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim service. If Google location services are enabled, Google Places or Geo coding services handle the relevant searches or lookups. These providers process requests under their own privacy policies.
LeadCart does not continuously track your movement. Location accuracy depends on your device and browser settings.
6. Cookies and Service Providers
WordPress uses cookies for functions such as login sessions and remembering that you are signed in. Blocking these cookies may prevent account features from working.
Hosting, email, and location-service providers may process information needed to deliver their services. Depending on the provider, processing may take place outside India.
Any advertising or analytics services added to the website must be reflected in this policy and the website’s relevant consent controls before use.
We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to address fraud, abuse or security incidents.
7. Retention and Security
Our retention periods are:

8. Your Requests and Choices
Contact supportleadcart@gmail.com to request access to or correction of your information, account deletion, removal of an inquiry, withdrawal of sharing permission, or to raise a privacy concern.
Include enough information for us to identify the relevant account or inquiry. We may verify your identity before acting on a request. Do not send your password.
9. Children
LeadCart’s account, inquiry and supplier-registration services are intended for adults aged 18 or older.
If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. External Websites and Policy Changes
Supplier links and other external websites operate under their own policies. Review those policies before sharing information with them.
We may update this policy when our services or information practices change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or seek fresh consent where required.
